Interactive Map Search

Title Deed (Deed of Transfer) - Certified (Sect 66)

Need a Certified copy of a Title Deed for winding up estates, divorce proceedings or any other purpose. You can now get a Certified copy from the Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Mpumalanga, Bloemfontein, Kimberley and Pietermaritzburg Deeds Offices.

This is the same document as the one for Information Purposes but certified under Sect 66 of the Deeds Registration Act. 

How to Use the Map Search
