Have you lost your Title Deed? Do you have a bond on your property, and the bank holds the original Title Deed while you don't have a copy? Worry no more! You can easily obtain a copy of your Title Deed (also known as a Deed of Transfer) for information purposes without any hassles. 

NOTE: This is for information and fit for general purposes like building plan applications, reviewing any restrictions or a copy when the bank holds the original. It has FOR INFORMATION ONLY on it.

How to Use the Map Search
  • Type an address in the search box to locate a property
  • Click on the map to drop a pin at the exact location
  • Drag the pin to adjust the location if needed
  • The coordinates will update automatically
  • Click "Request Search" to proceed with your property search
